As an important member of the People and Culture team, you’ll often be the first point of contact for a range of queries about working conditions and entitlements. Queries will come to you over email, through the internet and by phone. You’ll also work with your colleagues in the Employee Relations Team to implement employee and industrial relations strategies supporting some of the broader People and Culture goals.

As you build and develop your knowledge of the enterprise agreements, relevant legislation and case law that cover our 22,000 people, you’ll build your profile and gain respect as an approachable, courteous and informed human resources (HR) professional.
