Community Rehabilitation offers both home and centre based therapy. The home and centre based program offers rehabilitation services to clients within the context of the rehabilitation gym and community. The EP works closely with the interdisciplinary community rehabilitation team to provide a therapy program that is both holistic and client centred. This position provides the opportunity to work with autonomy, be creative and deliver high quality therapy services. You will have the opportunity to provide both group work and work with individuals.
Full time or part time until Feb 2023.
The Grade 2 Community Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist is responsible for working within Cranbourne/Pakenham Community Rehabilitation to provide best practice patient care, achieve maximal operational effectiveness, develop organisational competencies, and create strong partnerships within and outside Monash Health in collaboration with Senior Clinician Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Stream/Team Leaders.
This position is based at Cranbourne and Pakenham but may be required to work at any of the Monash Health sites.
