Reporting to the Executive Leadership team this portfolio will ensure the delivery of service excellence to our NDIS and Community Programs clients. You will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, work collaboratively with Government and providers and other internal portfolios and ensure strategic goals of the region are prioritised. You will drive employee engagement and take a leadership role in organisational change programs.
You will have experience managing a similar Community Services program or small organisation and have proven capability to lead and manage a team over a footprint covering Ballina to South Brisbane.
You will the capacity to develop strategic partnerships and networks with providers and other stakeholders.
