Molonglo Support Services Ltd is currently seeking applications for a permanent part-time Case Manager, working 24 hours per week. Working six hours per day, four days per week and with flexibility to suit working school hours. Your Place Housing Support Service provides support to individuals and families that are homeless or at risk of homelessness working from our Queanbeyan office at Riverside Plaza.

Duties include:

• crisis intervention
• preparation, implementation and evaluation of case plans
• practical and emotional support
• coordination of services
• networking and liaison with other agencies
• organise and facilitate groups

Current driver’s licence, access to own vehicle and data entry skills are essential.

Starting hourly rate is $34.06 negotiable depending on experience plus superannuation and PBI salary packaging.
