Position

This is an opportunity to join our recruitment team in a job share role. You will be part of our Not for Profit team. Your key responsibility will be to play your part in the growth and development of the team. This will include running highly professional recruitment assignments and working across a range of candidates and clients most of whom are long standing. In addition developing deep business relationships which are founded on achieving extraordinary outcomes. Your experience will mean you will have a significant impact on those in most need.

Person

You will have a passion for recruitment and a focus on excellence in everything you do. Ideally, you will have proven recruitment experience and be looking to use this to benefit others. You will be highly self motivated, with excellent communication skills and also enjoy working in a fast paced team environment. You will be excellent at what you do and your approach is to be understated and your actions and your results speak for themselves.

You will be looking for a role that allows you to focus on your work for three days per week and be free to focus on your other commitments the other two days. This is because you have an experienced job share partner to cover on the days you are not there. In addition you will be at a stage in your career where you want to support others. Your team have a great work ethic and know how to recruit. So you will slot into a high calibre team, who work seamlessly internally across the business and externally with clients and candidates alike.
