We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Integrated Family Support Service team (IFSS) as part of Mission Australia’s Gateway Services. IFSS is a voluntary service focused on increasing the well-being and safety of children, young people and families by providing support and resources to build family strengths, resilience and capacity.
Responsible for leading, managing and developing a mid-size team to deliver high quality and contractually compliant services to clients in a local community. The Program Manager is accountable for the performance of the service and reporting on service outcomes. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the local community where service occurs.
As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a National criminal history check.
