About the role

As a FLO Case Manager (CSE Level 3), you will work closely with clients who are facing challenging and multiple barriers and deliver case management and group work to clients in need. You will develop individual learning plans (ILP) as well as provide ongoing support.  You will liaise with a broad range of people and groups within the community as well as ensure compliance and reports are up-to-date and maintained in a timely manner. This is a part-time FTC over 2 days a week (ideally Mondays & Tuesdays, however negotiable).

Duties

• Undertake detailed assessments to support desired client educational, training and / or employment outcomes
• Deliver quality individually tailored case management services and activities to your caseload
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders whilst actively advocating for our clients
• Maintain accurate, up-to date and compliant case records at all times, completing all report as required
• Participate and contribute to your wider southern Adelaide and all Mission Australia SA teams.

Qualifications & experience

• Cert IV in Youth Work or higher
• Proven history of working with young people with high and complex needs
• Successful experience in providing services to young people at risk, both individually and in groups
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• A Current Driver's License
• A strong alignment to Mission Australia's purpose and value.

As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check as well as a complete a current DCSI Working with Children clearance.
