The Fee For Service program offers a targeted range of supports and services that aim to maximise recovery outcomes including group education and learning, mentoring and coaching, education and vocational support, housing and linkage services, counselling, and NDIS planning and access supports. The service operate in the context of local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their better life goals which reflects Mind’s Model of Recovery Orientated Practice.
We are seeking self-motivated, compassionate Support Coordinators for independent contractor opportunities to work full time or part time paying an hourly rate of $65 of billable service across the Gippsland and Bass Coast regions. Working from home, you will be responsible for providing phone-based NDIS support coordination services to clients with some face-to-face work. Utilising experience in mental health you will empower individuals to identify recovery goals, create community linkages, build capacity and promote their choice and control.
