Mind’s Fee For Service (FFS) program operates within the local community providing recovery focused mental health services and wellbeing. The program ensures that customers, families and carers have the support and services they need to achieve their goals which reflect Mind’s Model of Recovery.
We are seeking self-motivated, compassionate independent contractors to work full time or part time as Support Coordinators with opportunities to work remotely across regional Victoria. You will be responsible for providing phone-based NDIS support coordination services to our clients with some additional face-to-face work. Utilising experience in mental health you will empower individuals to identify goals and create community linkages whilst building capacity and promoting choice and control.
