The Community Mental Health Practitioner will work with clients to define their individual goals and outcomes whilst providing individual and shared support within the residential Community Care Units (CCU). The practitioner ensures support services are aligned with client’s choices and aspirational wishes as identified in Individual Recovery plans.
We are seeking a permanent, part time (4 days per week on a rotating 7 day roster) to work in our Community Care residential unit in Cairns. This position will provide 1:1 and group supports that help build client skills so they are able to return to their community and live an independent quality of life.
