The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated mental health team to support and guide participants to action their NDIS plan. Working specifically with participants who are experiencing mental health issues, this position is part of a passionate team who focused on providing high quality support and making a positive difference in the lives of participants.
