ABOUT THE ROLE

Great opportunity for an experienced clinician to grow their leadership skills and join a compassionate, not for profit organisation where our work is more than “just a job”.

  • Full time, ongoing.
  • 122 beds – low care, high care, dementia care.
  • Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach.
  • Reporting to the General Manager you will effectively manage and lead a team of nurses and carers.
  • Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families.
  • Manage residents’ assessments, treatment, care plans and other documentation to the highest standard.

ABOUT YOU

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • You will lead by example, demonstrating our core values.
