You will have responsibility for all components of Behaviour Support delivery including completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing evidence-based behaviour support plans. You will ensure behaviour support is delivered to NDIS participants according to best practice and within the scope of each person’s plan. You will work within the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships.
You will have knowledge and experience in working with people with intellectual disability who have complex and challenging behaviours. You will also have a strong understanding of good clinical practice and requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission in the context of providing behaviour support including for people subject to restrictive interventions. In addition, and in line with our company values, you will be able to build strong and trusted relationships with participants, staff and other stakeholders to achieve optimum outcomes.
