As our new Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing rosters that utilise staff to meet the needs of our various programs and clients.

$27.87 - $34.00 per hour plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available based on experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining the roster process, reducing errors and increasing efficiency including implementing a master roster system
  • Allocate staff according to their skills, knowledge and style with clients
  • Ensure all roster are staffed in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Arrange replacement staff to cover planned and unplanned leave including liaising with labour hire companies
  • General administration tasks such as updating client files, working the front desk, maintaining accurate records & timesheet entry and managing staff leave

About you:

  • Previous experience with rostering and administration
  • Good understanding of the application of industrial legislation and guidelines relating to shift work
  • Ability to participate in rostered after hours on-call support as needed
  • Experience in Home Care Manager or similar client record systems
