The Residential Care and Transition Services Team currently have an opportunity for a Case Worker SILP (Supported Independent Living Program) to join the Mercy Community team based in Morayfield. This will be a Permanent Full-time position that will commence immediately.
As a Case Worker SILP in Transition Services, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of every phase of casework for young people accessing the Supported Independent Living Program (SILP) with a view to support highly vulnerable young people to reach their individual goals and independence.
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $82,044 - $88,288 plus superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience). You will also have the opportunity to increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits (more information below).
