Due to a successful launch and growth period Mentoring Men (MM) are searching for several board positions. MM are seeking candidates who are keen to balance their skills, passions, and interests, matching the values of MM
Mentoring Men is keen to hear from people who bring a diverse perspective and are able to make contribution to:
Experience in being able to lead and manage Board meetings and affairs of the Board. Cooperating with the CEO and representing the public face of MM to its broader stakeholders and the community.
Utilising connections and expertise in creating opportunities for a sustainable income, including diverse revenue streams
Give accurate and timely counsel based on excellent knowledge and understanding of law and procedures
Offering expertise regarding internal people and culture governance frameworks that allow for service delivery that delivers on its promises
A commitment to the future of Mentoring Men and time to contribute actively to the work of the Board are fundamental requirements

Mentoring Men is a registered Australian charity providing free one-to-one life mentoring for men in the community
Mentors and Mentees are carefully matched based on numerous factors (age, location, life experiences) relevant to fostering a successful relationship
Mentoring Men (MM) is committed to its value proposition where all men in Australia can engage in a high-quality, free life mentoring program that supports them in their life journey. The strategic focus areas include providing a diverse service that shows excellence in delivery to the community and a sustainable income from diverse revenue streams.
Every Mentor is professionally trained in mentoring communication skills, self-care, and suicide awareness. Mentors are further supported through peer support groups and regular check-ins from the MM program support team which includes qualifies mental health professionals.
