About the role:

As a Casual TAE Trainer and Assessor you will plan, develop, deliver and assess units of competency related to courses and to organize and deliver theory, practical, flexible and simulation classes in relevant subject areas in the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Ensure all aspects of program development, delivery, assessment and record management meet compliance requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience delivering TAE training package and relevant industry experience.
  • TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or it’s successor AND the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including Design and Develop Assessment Tools (TAEASS502) and Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLLN4111) or (TAELLN401A).
  • TAEDEL501 Facilitate e-Learning, TAEDEL301 Provide work skill instruction and BSBCMM401 make a presentation will be required before or by allocated training date
  • Demonstrated recency of practice working within the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
