About the position:

Due to our continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for Community Registered Nurses to join Meditech's talent community to ensure and deliver person-centred care.

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for Clinical Assessments, Wound care, medication monitoring, requesting referrals and of course documentation. You will work closely with Case Managers, Community Support Workers, Allied Health team and be supported by Meditech’s Clinical leadership team.

Full time and/or Part time positions available for suitable candidates.

The Community Registered Nurse is an integral member who can demonstrate expert knowledge and skills, assist in the course of their duties to ensure efficient operation of the clinical care and services.

What's needed to join our dynamic team?

• A Driver’s licence is essential
• Enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse with highly developed critical thinking skills
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum two (2) year experience as a Community Registered Nurse
• Reliability and willingness to travel
• Demonstrate great judgement and confidence in your Nursing ability
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Current Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• NDIS worker screening check
