The primary role of the Occupational Therapist is to draw on discipline skills to provide targeted assessment and therapeutic interventions to customers’ and their families as outlined in their NDIS plan. You will work collaboratively with the customer, family/carers, Support Coordinators and other providers to deliver a high quality and responsive service.

The Occupational Therapist will operate in the NDIS framework to support customers with a severe and persistent mental illness/psychiatric disability to work towards their recovery and meet their identified goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Relevant qualifications and registrations

• 2 years’ experience preferable in mental health

• A valid Working with Children check
• Right to work within Australia
