We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer who will lead the design, build and support of Microsoft 365 platforms and applications.

If successful, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the lead in the design, development, and implementation of initiatives that involve Microsoft Workplace technologies
• Enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online
• Developing and implementing M365-based technical solutions utilising native functionality
• Supporting testing, deployment, and implementation activities of the developed solutions
• Ensuring compliance to agreed technical framework and processes
• Leading or participating in projects that support the objectives of the Digital Strategy

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least three years’ experience planning, developing, and implementing Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive solutions

• Demonstrated experience with document management (records management) and migrations to SharePoint online
• Demonstrated experience with migrations covering MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online as replacements for legacy on premise file sharing and intranet portals
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps & Power BI
• Demonstrated experience delivering efficiency and improvements through automation
• Ability to approach and engage a wide variety of stakeholders from management to end-users
