Located in Sandringham, Fairway Bayside Aged Care provides a welcoming home for its 65 residents, and is regarded as an ideal Bayside environment to age-in-place.

Reporting to the CEO, who will look to you for strategic clinical advice, you will provide leadership to the Care team and staff. You will guide the organisation to implement industry changes that are expected in the months to come, manage key relationships with families and other stakeholders, ensure that sound clinical standards and management practices are met and, above all, deliver quality care for residents.

A background in Aged Care with proven leadership experience is essential, together with an understanding of accreditation and ACFI. Sound interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to innovate and achieve continuous improvement and meet financial objectives. Registration with AHPRA is required, and management qualifications will be valued. You will be rewarded with an attractive and competitive salary package plus the opportunity for FBT packaging.
