About the role:

Your role will be to bridge the gap between systems and the business, working with senior operational managers to determine requirements, enabling business processes through Maxima’s Salesforce CRM application stack (including Lumary) and assisting Maxima to deliver solutions to amplify internal user and external customer experiences. All the while, demonstrating Maxima’s mission, vision and culture through your everyday actions and helping to position Maxima as best in class in the NDIS space servicing our Customers.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You will need to demonstrate your extensive experience with Salesforce and ideally, Lumary CM, Lumary PM, Skedulo, Pendula and Formstack (Webmerge). Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (IT, Business or similar), you will need to demonstrate your experience working on large scale projects and be capable of providing an overarching understanding of all works and aspects of a project. We are looking for someone who has had Salesforce system administration experience and training and experience in developing reports and data visualisations. You will also need to be experienced in mapping and improving business processes, delivering user training to technical and non-technical people and knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.

In addition, you will need the following;

  • National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
  • You must hold a current driver's license and be able to undertake intra and interstate travel.

This is a project role of fixed term duration. The successful incumbent may be offered the ongoing permanent role within the Maxima Group.
