Job description
WUNALA CRECHE EARLY LEARNING CENTRE
Wunala Creche is run by Mabunji Aboriginal Resource Indigenous Corporation and funded by Department of Education. First established in 2001, Wunala Creche is a place where the children can be looked after and learn whilst the parents go to work. The crèche was originally only one shed then extended with several outside play areas, then upstairs demountables where we can have an infant and toddler area. In 2016 Mabunji was successful in obtaining a grant, which led to opening our new state of the art facility in 2017. Wunala Creche is now located opposite our Aged Care Residence, with both sides significantly benefiting from the move.
We are seeking a passionate manager to lead and develop a small team of staff at our Creche.
Wunala Creche has a placement capacity of 30 and seek an enthusiastic, community minded person to fill this position.
You will assist in training and developing local staff with their qualifications.
Engage the community, network and promote all things to do with the Creche.
