The Organisation

Multicultural Care is a not-for-profit, secular, community organisation that specialises in providing in-home and community-based support services for frail-aged people, people with disabilities and their carers from CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) backgrounds for 30 years. With a robust executive leadership and management team, it is positioned for high growth.

The Role

As the P&C Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the P&C team to ensure all documentation, processes and practices are in place to support P&C programs and initiatives. You will be able to collaborate with stakeholders and partner with the broader people team to drive ongoing process improvement and identify ways to enhance the employee experience.

Your duties in this role are not limited to, but will include:

  • Creating and updating employee profiles on HRIS
  • Managing employee compliance documents
  • Arranging and booking interviews
  • Preparing Letters of Offer and assisting with onboarding of employees
  • Providing support to the P&C Coordinator and Leadership team

The Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a People & Culture role, or administrative experience within the aged care industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
  • Experience with an HRIS and LMS preferred, but not essential.
  • Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination (triple vaccinated)

The successful candidate will also be required to provide a satisfactory Police Check no more than 6 months from date of issue.
