A little about the role

Your role will support Clients accessing the services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This includes strengthening them and their family’s ability to connect with informal, formal, and mainstream supports.

This may encompass providing Social Welfare intervention to individuals and their family, empowering people to adapt to change and achieve quality of life.

You will also assist client in understanding the funding set out in their plan and to plan their budget around the funding, also assist in their request for additional funding through NDIA should they experience significant changes in their circumstances and provide support when their plan is due for renewal.

Our ‘must haves’

  • A genuine passion to make a difference
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Community Services or Social Welfare Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions
  • Verification of COVID Vaccination

Our ‘nice to haves’

  • Provide First Aid certificate – less than 12 months old (we can help you here)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A positive attitude (makes a huge difference!)
