The Head of SEEAP Development Project is responsible for leading the design and execution of the SEEAP (South East, East Asia and the Pacific) Development Project of MSF Australia, MSF Hong-Kong and MSF Japan.  

The primary objectives of this this role are to:

  • Deliver a comprehensive project, within the defined time and budget, to leverage the fundraising, human resources and influence potential for MSF in priority SEEAP countries 
  • Facilitate the definition and implementation of a common approach to supporting Operations in the region across existing institutional entities in the SEEAP 
  • Represent the SEEAP project to all regional MSF and external stakeholders 
  • Manage the SEEAP team and resources

The successful candidate must have over two years’ experience working in an MSF Head Office in a senior leadership role, a minimum of five years’ people management experience, proven experience in risk management, financial planning & budget control and a general understanding of fundraising and marketing.
