Macedon Ranges Shire Council is seeking a dynamic experienced leader to provide strategic support to a dedicated team of staff who deliver direct services to seniors in the community including but not limited to the Regional Assessment Service and Commonwealth Home Support Services. The role also provides leadership for Council’s Affordable Housing Policy and Disability Action Plan.  

We are seeking someone with relevant qualifications in allied health or community services, and experience as a senior leader, who really wants to make a positive impact. This integral position is one component of the new Community Directorate which includes a passionate and dynamic team delivering Arts & Culture, Community Development, Customer Service, Emergency Management, and Children, Youth & Family Services.

Note: Under the Victorian Government guidelines, it is mandatory for all public sector employees to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 and proof of this will be requested.
