MND NSW is seeking applications for a part time position assisting people with MND to activate and manage their NDIS plan and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes for people with MND.

This position offers variety together with excellent and flexible working conditions, including flexible days and hours. This position will cover the Greater Sydney Region and be based in Gladesville or Carnes Hill (up to 30 hours).

Do you have:

• Tertiary health, disability or community care related qualifications or equivalent experience
• A sound understanding of person centred approaches and person centred planning
• High level problem solving skills, able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A current NSW driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided
