Moree Care is a not for profit organisation working in partnership with our community to enhance the lives of older people, people with disability and their carers.
We offer practical, reliable and caring services that reflect people’s needs and enable individuals and their carers to live in the community.
We provide Aged Care, NDIS services, Meals on Wheels and Community Transport in Moree and Mungindi.
The Client Care Manager is a new position, underpinning our service delivery growth. The focus of the role is on managing our care services to meet the needs of older people and people with disability. This will include working with the Executive Officer and other Managers to establish and manage our new Home Care Package service and performing on-going Support Coordination for NDIS Participants.
The role may suit an RN who is looking to build on their clinical experience and move into a management role.

The essential experience and competencies required for this role include demonstrated:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health or social science discipline would be highly regarded - e.g. Registered Nurse or Allied Health qualifications.
