The Customer Service Liaison Officer will enable and facilitate a customer focussed service entry point for provision of services in the Commonwealth Home Support Program. The position will establish service relationships for customers that provide information, advice and support that facilitates effective and efficient service response. The position will also be responsible for coordinating, developing and reviewing client information which underpins goal directed care plans.
