As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will provide essential analytical support to various teams within the business to optimise our resource requirements. In particular, your support will be required in our roster reviews, SIL funding analysis, employment variations, recruitment plans and workforce forecasting.
The successful applicant will also be required to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and have prior project management experience. If you think you can work well under pressure and can manage competing deadlines successfully, this could be the right career move for you!
The successful candidate will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
