Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and advice to management and employees
  • Coordination of transactional and tactical HR activities
  • Conduct exit surveys
  • Assist in the provision of HR reports
  • Respond to award and pay enquiries
  • Assist with Employee Relations investigations
  • Various HR administrative tasks as required

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within an HR function
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to use initiative, think laterally and solve problems
  • High level ability to develop good working relationships
  • Possess excellent written skills for the creation of procedures, reports, correspondence and other material.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the position).
