About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to provide quality direct support and make a difference in the lives of people with disability. If you have a drivers licence, a current first aid certificate and a desire to help people then being a disability support worker could be the job for you!

We provide 24/7 support to a lot of our clients and therefore the roster for the positions available may include sleepover shifts and occasional weekends. There are multiple casual roles available across Batemans Bay & Ulladulla. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance with clients daily living (including personal care)
• Participation in activities of daily living
• Community access and transport
• Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
• Following individual support plans
• Documentation and progress note keeping as required

Skills & Experience 

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services or similar (or willingness to obtain)
• A current First Aid Certificate
• A current unrestricted Australian Driver's License
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 Roster
• Prior experience working with people with disability is desirable
• A passion for delivering person-centred care

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and a Working With Children Check.
