About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to provide quality direct support and make a difference in the lives of people with disability. Based in a 24/7 Support Accommodation setting, you will work as part of a team in order to make a positive change in the lives of our clients. 

We have permanent casual positions available in suburbs including Bass Hill, Kellyville, Blacktown, Minto, Giraween and French's Forest. As we provide 24/7 support to a lot of our clients, the roster for the positions available may include sleepover shifts and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assistance with clients daily living (including personal care)
  • Participation in activities of daily living
  • Assisting Clients with Community access and transport
  • Maintaining and monitor person-centered plans
  • Following individual support plans
  • Documentation and progress note keeping as required

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Community Welfare, Disability or similar
  • A current First Aid Certificate 
  • A current unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 Roster
  • Prior experience working with people with disability is desirable
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
