About the Role

Working at our group home located in Mascot, you will play an important role in supporting and empowering our clients to live independently in the community and to achieve their individual goals.

We are looking for Disability Support Workers with previous experience working in a group home setting with young adult clients to join our team on both a Permanent Part Time and Casual basis.

It is expected that successful candidates will be available and willing to work a 24/7 roster that includes regular shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Disability, Community Services or similar
  • Experience supporting Children with Disability
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to maintain clients privacy and confidentiality
  • Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster including weekends, nights and public holidays

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
