About the Role

In this part time role based at our Wollongong office, you will provide administration support and reception duties to the Wollongong office of Life Without Barriers.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Intensive Therapeutic Care team, as well as the House Managers, and Therapeutic Specialist
  • Assist with coordination of probity checks
  • Assist in the collation, preparation and processing of timesheets, and employee documentation as required
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and teleconferences
  • Undertake data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, binding and faxing of documents as required
  • Invoicing and reporting

Skills & Experience

  • High level administrative skills and experience in providing support and assistance to management
  • Experience working within a fast paced, national organisation
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Current Driver's Licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
