The Leukaemia Foundation is seeking an exceptional relationship manager with experience and a passion for the not-for-profit sector to join our team as a Community Fundraising and Growth Specialist.
As part of this exciting role, you will be responsible for proactively boosting engagement, brand awareness and revenue growth within your designated region of Metro QLD. You will play a crucial role in acquiring, building loyalty, and delivering an exceptional experience with key community fundraisers. You will have an opportunity to work across a number of exciting fundraising campaigns and products – including the iconic World's Greatest Shave!
Applicants will ideally have 2+ years’ experience in a relationship management / business development role within the not-for-profit sector or transferrable skills and be looking for an opportunity where they can take ownership of their assigned region and build a community of passionate fundraisers to help Australian's impacted by Blood Cancer.

This is a permanent full-time position, based out of our Fortitude Valley Office. The Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model; therefore, it is expected that the successful applicant will work on site a minimum of 3 days a week when they are not undertaking role related travel. There is flexibility around which days are worked on site, with the exception of Wednesdays, as all team members across the organisation are required to work on site on Wednesdays.
