Financial Plan Management (FPM) is a financial administration service available to all National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. This service comes at no cost to the participant and allows them to have choice and control over the people they choose to support them. Our Financial Plan Management team provides our customers with piece of mind from on boarding, payment of invoices, updating of expenditure and budgets as required. The service is delivered by our experienced team of Customer Service Officers, Customer Engagement Officers and Administrators.
This position will also have responsibility for business development of FPM in conjunction with the Manager, FPM. The role is accountable for the attraction and onboarding of new customers/providers and building strong relationships with external providers leading to greater awareness of LN offering.
This role has a specific focus on overseeing the day to day “welcoming to Leisure Networks” for all new and returning customers and providers – providing an engaging experience.
Our ideal candidate would have significant people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to create a positive, high performance work environment. We are also looking for someone with experience and knowledge of the NDIS, in particular the NDIS Price Guide. Previous business development experience would also be an advantage.
