About the role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our dynamic People & Culture team to help us deliver our relentless focus on culture.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your expertise to provide advice, guidance to support our People Leaders and employees through the entire employee lifecycle.

The role will be responsible for providing professional and responsive support across all aspects of Human Resources including; recruitment & selection, onboarding, induction, learning & development, administration, industrial relations and employee relations.

The HR Advisor works with the People & Culture team to ensure a continual focus on providing positive outcomes in line with LN’s policies and procedures with consideration to best practice Human Resources whilst creating and maintaining a positive HR experience.

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Advisor with demonstrated experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resource Advisor, having performed employment services related activities
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly, using positive influence
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant legislation, policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Previous disability experience is desirable but not essential
