Since 1933 the Law Council has represented State and Territory law societies, bar associations and their members at a national level, promoting the administration and access of justice, and improvement of law.

For this position the successful candidate will ideally have experience in legal practice and/or government and possess legal qualifications.  An interest in policy issues relevant to legal practice and the administration of justice is desirable.

The salary is $76,000 plus superannuation.
