Service Support Officer:
LTTS is a locally owned and operated business that offers allied health services (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology) to a wide range of clients.
Due to a period of growth we are seeking a suitably qualified service support officer to join our dynamic team that operates on the cutting edge of community health practice.
The successful candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering quality administrative and project support in accordance within prescribed professional and ethical standards
- Working collaboratively and effectively within a team to ensure the delivery of quality clinical services
- Supporting in the development and maintenance of processes and policies associated with the role to ensure that support performed by LTTS is innovative and cutting edge
- Actively participate in LTTS office environments to ensure that administration services are integrated, efficient and equitable for the community serviced
- Developing knowledge and expertise through active learning within a team and by engaging in professional development activities
- Supporting the functions of LTTS through client support, bookings for clients and support of clinicians in service delivery
- Supporting the administrative needs of the broader LTTS business

- Have previous experience in administration, if within a health setting or community organisation even better
- Willingness to function autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in self-development and ongoing training
- Understanding of Community Health Care is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience within the NDIS would be highly favourable
