Our Nana Maru facility, Nowra is situated on the beautiful Shoalhaven River, close to many popular natural and cultural features of the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands. It is a 2-hour drive to Sydney. Nana Muru is a day-based mobile Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation program. The service incorporates both day programs and withdrawal support, using a blend of place-based service delivery and mobile outreach.
The Community Engagement Representative will actively support the integration of the Nana Muru mobile withdrawal support and alcohol and other drugs rehabilitation service in the Shoalhaven region by creating, evaluating and maintaining partnerships with General Practices, Aboriginal Medical Services, Cultural support services and other local and regional health and community service providers. This is a part time ongoing role, working 26.6 hours per week, 0.7 FTE.
You are an engaging individual with the ability to connect with the community, stakeholders and our clients. You can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team and utilise the your knowledge and experience to ensure engagement is meaningful and productive. The base salary for this role is up to $79,810.64 plus not for profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18,540 per annum.
