ABOUT THE ROLE

Lady Gowrie Tasmania is the provider of the Commonwealth Government funded Inclusion Support Program. To support this focus, the organisation is seeking a qualified, experienced and highly motivated Inclusion Professional to join our Inclusion Agency.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum relevant diploma qualification
• Recent experience within the education and care sector
• Sound understanding of the National Quality Standard
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of inclusive practice in relation to all children
• Ability to facilitate change through use of reflective practice and a strength based approach
• Coaching skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to deliver high levels of professional service in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to respond positively to change within the work environment
• Knowledge of and experience with using standard computer software, such as Microsoft Office
• Working with vulnerable people check, current drivers’ licence and use of own registered and insured motor vehicle
