About the role

This exciting role requires an all-round marketing individual with a 'can-do' attitude as well as a desire to succeed in enhancing and driving all marketing activity for the Association. The successful applicant will have end-to- end responsibility for the marketing and communications function.  This role ensures that LG Professionals, NSW can continue to build and strengthen its offerings in line with the evolving and diverse needs of our members and the sector more widely.

To succeed you need to be:

  • Highly skilled in driving, communicating and creating marketing strategy, brand development and communications implementation.
  • An expert in marketing and campaign planning to make things happen on time and within budget.
  • An outstanding innovator and problem solver/ solution focused.
  • Excellent internal business partner to staff.
  • Exceptionally well co-ordinated and forward thinking and to be able to think from a customer's perspective.
  • Strong leadership capability, embraces challenges with excellent ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders to inspire and influence.
