Reporting to the Area Manager Local Area Coordination (LAC) Service, the Senior Local Area Coordinator (LAC) will be responsible for assisting the management team, which consists of the Area Manager and Team Leaders to support a team of LAC's to deliver the LAC services in the Barwon region.

The Senior LAC will be responsible for assisting the management team in ensuring the program adheres to the relevant disability quality standards, provide a senior overview of the day to day activities of LACs and administrators and undertake more complex interactions with people with a disability.

Additionally, the Senior Local Area Coordinator will provide daily support and guidance to the Local Area Coordinator team to help build a successful environment.

These responsibilities are in addition to managing a participant case load.
