We are looking for a passionate health professional who is looking to grow and further develop their career as a Diabetes Educator with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As a Diabetes Educator, you will be supported by a team leader and report to the Manager of Integrated Primary Health Service – Metro. In this role you will be providing Diabetes Education services in 1:1 consults, clinic models settings and groups to a wide range of clients where opportunities for quality improvement and collaboration is encouraged.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Have a current AHPRA or DAA or ESSA registration
  • Post graduate certificate in Diabetes Education
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Credentialed status as a Diabetes Educator
