This is an outstanding opportunity for a human resource practitioner to enhance First Nation’s employment at Legal Aid Queensland. As the Principal Consultant, you will provide strategic advice about ways to attract and retain First Nation’s employees. You will contribute to creating an environment that is culturally safe through cultural capability development. You will work with key external stakeholders such as government agencies, industry associations, universities, community, and professional networks. Your efforts will enhance diversity and inclusion at Legal Aid Queensland.

• Salary: AO6 - $105,977.00 to $113,167.00 a year full time hours — plus leave, up to 12.75% superannuation & salary packaging benefits
