We are looking for Female Disability Workers to join our team assisting individuals in the community and their home.

We are looking for an individual who strives to make a difference within the disability industry, is compassionate, understanding, fun-loving and creative. You also should be able to see the person, not the disability in our clients.

This role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidence in working with people has strong communication and administrative skills and an understanding of NDIS.

You will be part of a team who care for clients with complex support needs including mental health, homelessness and at times behaviors of concern. Assisting the team to provide our clients with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in their home and in the community.

DUTIES ARE DICTATED BY OUR CLIENT'S NEEDS, SOME OF WHICH INCLUDE:

• Community Access
• Attending Medical Appointments
• Some cooking and cleaning
