KTF is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a newly created position in Australia to assist with KTF’s growth and expansion in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Working with KTF’s COO, this exciting generalist role will coordinate the people function of the organisation including end to end recruitment, building out our pre-boarding and onboarding experience, employee and performance management and talent and culture initiatives. KTF is seeking an all-rounder human resources professional with mid-level experience who is as passionate about working in the NGO sector as we are. The role is a full time position on a 12-month contract with potential for extension.
