We are seeking a dynamic Manager to drive business efficiencies within Outsource by Knoxbrooke, working out of a brand new factory and warehousing space.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’ve recently moved into brand new premises in Bayswater and we’re ready to grow! This large and modern space will allow us to expand the scope and volume of services we offer and more importantly, increase meaningful employment opportunities available to the people we support. Key to business success, the Manager, Site Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Outsource business operations including:

  • Identifying, leading and implementing business improvement practices to drive growth.
  • Working in collaboration with the General Manager and sales team to identify development opportunities and production timeframes.
  • Assisting in the setting of annual sales and production budgets and identifying staffing requirements.
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive work environment for all staff.
  • Managing of the Australian Standards ISO9001:2015 Quality accreditation system.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provision of formal written reports and proposals.
  • Operational leadership of Warehousing and Production supervisors.
  • Working in partnership with other key business stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for proactive and solution focussed leader with experience identifying and implementing business improvement processes (LEAN an advantage). You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Operational management experience within a production, warehousing and/or inventory control setting (min. 5 yrs).
  • The ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Success leading a high performing team.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive internal and external working relationships.

Strong written and numerical skills are key in this role, along with being detail orientated and possessing high level time management. The ability to interact and communicate with people of diverse abilities is also essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering and/or Business) are preferred.
